- To fulfil voice-over recording orders and deliver final audio files
- To send booking confirmations, project updates, and invoices
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- To improve our services and platform
- To comply with UAE legal and tax obligations
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your data. We share information only with: voice talents assigned to your project (limited to your script and project brief), payment processors (Stripe), email delivery services (transactional mail only), and law enforcement when required by UAE law.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use anonymous analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
5. Your rights

6. Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Booking and invoice records are kept for 7 years per UAE tax law. Voice recordings remain available in your account for 12 months after delivery.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Files are stored on encrypted servers. Payment data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processors.
